Anthony LaRocca (otherwise known as Scott), is a licensed Realtor with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services The Preferred Realty, based in Moon Township. As a lifelong resident of the Moon area, he has always been passionate about serving his community, sitting as a board member of the civil service commission for his township. Anthony has always been intrigued by real estate and took the plunge when he was seeking to purchase his first multi-unit investment property. Ever since, Anthony has fallen in love with the career itself and negotiating superb deals for his clients. He refers to every deal as a "snowflake" in which they are all very unique; He is always ready for a challenge to better himself as an agent! Behind the scenes, Anthony is constantly educating himself, knowing all contracts inside out. If you have real estate questions, he is your guy! In 2021, Anthony decided to expand his real estate business by committing to mentoring Realtors Rachel Navarro and Marissa Fragapane. Collaborating with like-minded individuals, while also educating and setting his colleagues up for success in the real estate industry, help to make him a strong leader. With a strong understanding of the importance of education, Anthony previously taught new agent education classes for the Coldwell Banker Realty Airport/Regional office. Additionally, he was nominated as a "rising star" agent for the Real Producers Magazine Spring edition 2022. Anthony is eager to grow and expand with his collaborating mentees Rachel & Marissa.
